Posted by on in Fox Class

Fox Class have had a fantastic first half-term back. We have loved learning about ourselves through our topic Inside Out.14238311 1723080117945452 1468161876861655225 n Medium

We drew our skeletons onto the playground using chalk when we learnt about the bones that support our bodies. We loved experimenting using jelly, marshmallows and cocktail sticks what our body would be like if we had no bones. We used Modroc to make our own personality islands just like in the film, getting very messy in the process. In our literacy lessons we wrote character descriptions on the characters in the film; we loved watching snippets from the film to inspire our writing.

In our R.E lessons we looked at ‘Prayer and Worship’ from a Christian perspective. We learnt to sing The Lord’s Prayer and looked closely at what it means. We even tried to write our own modern day versions of the prayer. We finished the topic off by creating our own crosses which we decorated using symbols that reminded us off prayer and worship.14520427 1732251987028265 1942176258515545549 n Medium
