Elveden CE Primary Academy is a small Church of England school located within the Elveden Estate. We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere and the personal approach we bring to meeting each child's needs.
We think Elveden offers a wondrous atmosphere that helps and encourages children to learn, and we invite all parents to join us in building a bond with the school to help our children to succeed.
We want to be able to walk into any classroom, at any time, and see and hear all children enjoying their learning and progressing.
At Elveden we
Instil respect for Christian religious and moral values, a tolerance of other
races, religions and ways of life
Help pupils to understand the world in which they live, the inter-dependence
of individuals, groups and nations and to celebrate diversity and achievement
Try to ensure that all our children realise high levels of achievement in
literature, mathematics and across the curriculum
Help pupils acquire the knowledge and skills in preparation for future learning
and choices in an ever changing world
Actively promote children's self esteem through a stimulating, challenging
environment and curriculum
|“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.”
George Bernard Shaw

Elveden school, being a Church of England, school sits within the parish of St Andrew & St Patrick Church. The Church is used for various services during the year and for enhanced learning regarding the R.E curriculum. The Church itself is quite unusual and has a decidedly interesting history.
